Carlsbad Village is the place to be on Small Business Saturday. The Carlsbad Village Association is sponsoring Small Business Saturday on November 27th from 10am-5pm in the heart of Carlsbad Village.

"Supporting small businesses strengthens our local economy in so many ways," said Christine Davis, Executive Director of the Carlsbad Village Association. "Local small businesses add character to downtowns, they create jobs and opportunities, they foster real connections with local owners and employees, and tax dollars stay local and reenter the community. Shopping online, by comparison, does not benefit the local economy nor does it put tax dollars back where they belong."

Mark your calender and make Carlsbad Village your destination on Small Business Saturday. Enjoy shopping specials, discounts, live music and merchant hospitality. Participate in the free gift-card giveaway (no purchase necessary) hosted by the Carlsbad Village Association for a chance to win one of over 40 different gift cards to downtown restaurants, wineries and taprooms. Over $2500 in gift cards will be given away. You can also count on a bit of local swag to be handed out throughout the day. (while supplies last)

Also enjoy live, local musicians as well as a special holiday concert performed by the Carlsbad High School Jazz Ensemble to kick off the festive days ahead.
