Carlsbad Village Association
The Carlsbad Village Association Board of Directors is an all-volunteer board made up of property owners, business owners, and residents in Carlsbad Village. These dedicated volunteers provide valuable oversight in guiding the organization, and are actively involved in planning and implementing projects designed to support the downtown businesses and Carlsbad Village as a whole.
A Director must be a holder of a business license from the City of Carlsbad, have a place of business or business interest in the City of Carlsbad, be a resident in the City of Carlsbad, or be an individual not of the former classifications with intellectual property that could be beneficial to the Carlsbad Village Business Association. All elected Directors serve a minimum of a two year term.
