Park 101 Offers Up 8,000 Square Feet Of Outdoor Coastal Dining

The moment they hit the scene back in 2017, Park 101 has been a go-to for locals and visitors alike with their welcoming 8,000 square foot, multi-level, plaza style complex just steps from the beach. They are kid friendly and dog friendly; they foster a family feel but in the coolest of settings. Their on-trend menu highlights smoked meats like St. Louis style ribs, barbeque brisket, and tri tip chimichurri tacos, but also specializes in culinary delights like salmon verde and roasted brussel sprouts with walnuts, dried cranberries, and balsamic. The Park 101 Bloody Mary and the Watermelon Mimosa will leave you speechless, and those are only two from a large specialty cocktail menu. They also serve nearly every kind of beer, lager and cider imaginable. Nothing at Park 101 disappoints. To that end, they recently joined forces with Wicked Maine Lobster who offers up buttery lobster rolls, succulent tacos and other delicious dishes stuffed full of lobster, from the restaurant's curbside counter.

With more outdoor dining than possibly any restaurant in the Village, Park 101 pivoted immediately to address the health pandemic and implemented social distancing protocols and contact-less menus so that they could continue operating in the safest way possible. Their regular events have been on hold for the past six months but they are just now bringing back Trivia and Movie Nights with modifications such as reservations being required, social distancing being implemented, and all health protocols being put in place to make for a fun and safe outing!

Park 101 never let their foot off the gas. As soon as the shutdown began, they started delivering meals to local hospitals, keeping the emergency room doctors, prenatal department teams, and more, well fed. Just last week, a full half year following the shutdown, they hosted a 70-meal drop at the Kaiser Permanente in Rancho Bernardo and have another scheduled next week. Patrons are welcome to provide donations to the Park 101 hospital meal fund to help them keep this vital service going strong.

Due to Park 101's popularity, reservations during peak times are encouraged. They are located at 3040 Carlsbad Blvd. Visit them online at www.park101carlsbad.com and experience what tremendous outdoor coastal dining is all about.
