Family Face-Off: The Ultimate Book of Family Games to Bring Everyone Together (or Tear Each Other Apart) is published by Chronicle Books and was named one of New York Magazine's Best Books for Kids Published in 2025. This play-anywhere collection of 150+ family challenges was inspired by the party games and silly contests popular on social media. On Saturday, August 15, beginning at 1:00 p.m., Author Devon Glenn will appear at Carlsbad Village Books to sign copies of her book and demonstrate some of the games for anyone who wants to play. (Drop in any time. All ages welcome.) Devon is a longtime Carlsbad Village resident.
