Pet owners and dogs will compete for most creative, most unique, and most Spring-like decorated bonnet, and best pair. Come for the parade, raffle and more. Tickets cost $25 and includes two wine tastings, a charcuterie or vegan plate, entry into the parade and contests, and live music. Questions? Email maryjane@snap-sandiego.org
