The Patriotic Pooch Parade and pet fair will feature live music, food, and a costume contest with prizes! Dress your pooch in red white and blue, he may win most patriotic or best tail wager! Look in the mirror and look at your dog. The two of you may win dog owner look alike. How about best bikini? The event is to benefit the San Diego Humane Society and an opportunity will be given at registration to offer a tax-deductible donation in any amount. The event is free to residents of all cities.
