Gentle Stretching about 3 minutes: Ease into the moment with light movement to release tension.

Guided Meditation: A soothing body scan to center your mind and melt away stress.

Sound Bath & Reiki: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound instruments paired with Reiki energy work. Let the tranquil sounds wash over you as you unwind in this peaceful outdoor setting.
