Begin your Friday with intention, stillness, and deep restoration. Whether you're easing into a vacation weekend, enjoying a day off, retired, working a flexible schedule, or simply choosing to start your morning by caring for yourself, this unique experience offers a chance to reset before the day unfolds.

Simply lie back on our 3-inch memory foam beds and allow yourself to receive.

**What to expect:**

**Gentle Body Awareness & Breathwork** – We'll begin with a brief guided body scan and the current lunar cycle's breathwork, helping you settle into the present moment, release tension, and prepare to receive.

**Intuitive Sound Bath & Energy Work** – Elise creates a live intuitive sound journey while Elizabeth offers intuitive energy work combined with crystals and tuning forks on or around the body. Every session unfolds differently, allowing the experience to meet you exactly where you are.

**Final 20 Minutes** – Elizabeth and Elise play together for a deeply immersive closing sound bath, surrounding you with layers of vibration and sound as you rest.
