Close the year with intention. This New Years Eve class is created as a powerful end of year meditation sound bath that helps you release the weight of the past twelve months so you can step into the new year clear open and aligned. This is your moment to pause breathe and reset before the energy of the year shifts.
Settle onto our three inch memory foam beds under candlelight and allow your body to soften as the room begins to quiet. The entire session is designed to guide you inward and help you reflect on the journey you have walked.
What to expect
• End of year meditation. Elizabeth leads a gentle guided meditation that helps you let go of what you no longer want to carry into the new year.
• Reiki energy healing. Intuitive energy work supports emotional release balance and grounding.
• Hands on sound healing. Tibetan bowls are placed on and around the body to deepen the sense of clearing and renewal.
• Immersive sound bath. Mark creates a flowing soundscape of crystal bowls and vibrational instruments to bring your system into rest.
• Final twenty minutes. Elizabeth and Mark layer sound together for a deeply immersive closing designed to seal your intentions for the new year.
After class you might want to walk to the sunset. City Beach is an eight minute walk from the studio. This gentle stroll becomes part of the ritual as the sun sets on the final day of the year and you feel yourself arriving in a new beginning.
