This class is for seniors age 55 - 100, designed to help increase and maintain mobility and flexibility. The program is offered for only $5 as is a community effort to encourage participation, and is being subsidized by Carlsbad Causes for Community (C3), Heritage Senior Care, and Carlsbad Village Yoga Co-op!
