Our third annual Thanksgiving Stretch and Flow at Beach Terrace is back! Thanksgiving morning at 10am has become one of our favorite HBM traditions and it gets better every year.
If the tides are low we will be on the sand with our feet in the earth. If the tides rise we will be on the sun deck right above the beach, still surrounded by the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.
We will be out there with playing bowls while we stretch and breathe. You will receive hands on sound healing and Reiki from me throughout the flow. It is the perfect way to get centered and grounded before the rest of your day begins. The waves. The breath. The energy of the group. The healing. It sets the tone for the whole day.
