Special Meeting Barrio Master Plan Carlsbad Village and The City of Carlsbad invites you to a special meeting of the Planning Commission to give input on the latest draft of the master plan for the Village and Barrio, which establishes a vision for future development and land uses in these two historic neighborhoods.
