Founded by Paola Richard, GelatoLove began with a mission to combine the rich traditions of Italian gelato-making with California’s passion for fresh, health-conscious ingredients. After launching her first venture, Gaia Gelato, Paola expanded the vision and created GelatoLove, an innovative and heartfelt brand that’s now part of the fabric of our community.

What makes GelatoLove stand out isn’t just the silky texture or bold, creative flavors. It’s their commitment to quality and well-being. Their gelato is made with allulose, a naturally occurring, low-calorie sugar found in fruits like figs and kiwis.
