A Delicious Night to Remember: Taste of Carlsbad Village 2026

Carlsbad Village was buzzing with excitement on Thursday, October 8, as 1,000 guests made their way through downtown for the 9th Annual Taste of Carlsbad Village! From creative signature bites and delicious sips to live music and bustling Village streets, this year’s sold-out event was another wonderful celebration of our local culinary scene and the businesses that make it so special.

With passports, sporks, and sip cups in hand, guests spent the evening exploring more than 50 tasting stops, discovering new favorites, revisiting familiar restaurants, and enjoying everything our Village has to offer.

At the center of Taste of Carlsbad Village are the talented chefs, restaurant owners, and hardworking teams who dedicate their time, creativity, and resources to making this event possible. From preparing hundreds of individual servings to welcoming guests throughout the evening, their efforts are what make Taste such a memorable experience.

We are incredibly grateful to every participating restaurant for sharing their culinary talents and giving guests such a delicious way to experience Carlsbad Village.
