Heart of The Village Blood Drive: Give the Gift of Life This Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day, Carlsbad Village invites the community to give the gift of life at the Heart of The Village Blood Drive. The event will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM in the parking lot at 3060 Roosevelt Street. It’s a meaningful way to support local patients in need while celebrating the spirit of giving.

All people who donate blood at the Heart of the Village Blood Drive will receive a handcrafted blown glass heart as a token of appreciation. These keepsakes symbolize the life-saving impact of each donation, combining the warmth of Valentine’s Day with the generosity of the Village community.

To participate, donors must sign up in advance to secure a time slot. The blood drive is open to all eligible donors who meet standard blood donation requirements: generally, donors should be in good health, at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, and meet basic health guidelines.

Whether you are a first-time donor or a regular participant, the on-site team will guide you through a quick, safe, and comfortable donation process, making it easy to give back and make a meaningful impact.
