A Hilarious Hollywood Story Comes to Carlsbad Village: Win Tickets to Matt & Ben

Carlsbad Village is welcoming a standout theatrical production this spring as New Village Arts presents Matt & Ben, a clever and fast-paced comedy that reimagines the early days of two of Hollywood’s most recognizable names.

Written by Mindy Kaling and Brenda Withers, this off-Broadway hit offers a fresh and unexpected take on the friendship behind Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, long before they became household names. In this imaginative retelling, the Good Will Hunting screenplay quite literally falls from the sky, setting off a chain of hilarious and unpredictable moments as the two navigate sudden opportunity and creative ambition.

Running April 4 through April 26, this San Diego premiere continues New Village Arts’ tradition of bringing bold, engaging performances to the heart of the Village. The production is quick-witted, high energy, and full of humor that makes it an easy and entertaining night out.
