A Recipe for a Perfect Night: Ratatouille at Flicks at the Fountain

Carlsbad Village is cooking up something special this Thursday, July 31, as Ratatouille hits the big screen at Flicks at the Fountain. Follow Remy, a rat with gourmet dreams and unstoppable ambition, as he navigates the kitchens of Paris in a story full of heart, humor, and the reminder that anyone can cook. It’s the perfect summer film to enjoy with family, friends, and the Carlsbad community under the stars.

The evening takes place in the fountain parking lot at State Street and Grand Avenue. Seating opens at 6:00 PM, and the movie begins at dusk, around 8:00 PM. Low-back chairs and cozy blankets are encouraged. Settle in and enjoy the cool coastal breeze as the screen lights up.

Adding to the fun, Trivia Tim returns with a special round of food-themed Music Bingo before the movie begins. From catchy tunes to prize giveaways, it’s a great way to kick off the evening. To make it even easier, Knockout Pizza will be on-site taking orders and delivering fresh, hot pizza straight to your seat.

This week’s event is brought to life by two fantastic local sponsors.
