Our First CVA Member Mixer of the Year Brings the Village Together

The Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) had a wonderful evening this past Thursday at the first Member Mixer of the year at The Chandelier Room. Bringing together business owners, residents, and community supporters, the event was a celebration of the relationships that help make Carlsbad Village such a vibrant and connected place.

With its beautiful indoor-outdoor setting, The Chandelier Room provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of conversation, networking, and collaboration. Guests enjoyed delicious bites from fellow member Lola’s Deli, including their famous guacamole and mini burritos, while Cbar kept glasses filled with a selection of exceptional wines. Fig & Feather Bar Co. also graciously provided their refreshing Strawberry and Basil infused Margarita. We are incredibly grateful to these members for helping make the evening so special.

One of the best parts of the night was simply watching connections happen. Throughout the evening, members exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and discussed ways they could work together in the future. Whether meeting someone new or reconnecting with familiar faces, the mixer created space for the kinds of conversations that strengthen our business community and remind us that success is often built through relationships. It truly does take a village.

We were also pleased to welcome several resident members, whose support and involvement are an important part of the Carlsbad Village community. The Village is strongest when businesses and residents come together with a shared commitment to supporting the place they call home.

While the Carlsbad Village Association works to support and promote all businesses throughout downtown, our members play a vital role in making that work possible. Membership dues help fund the events, programs, advocacy efforts, and special projects that enhance the business, cultural, and community vitality of Carlsbad Village. From community events that bring visitors downtown to initiatives that support local businesses year-round, our members help ensure the Village continues to thrive.
