Barons Market Carlsbad Hosts Job Fair Ahead of Summer Opening

The opening of Barons Market in Carlsbad Village is getting closer, and this week marks an exciting milestone for the highly anticipated neighborhood grocery store. Ahead of its summer opening at the Roosevelt Center, Barons Market will host a two-day onsite job fair as the team begins hiring for its newest location.

Taking place this Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16 from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at 2800 Roosevelt Street, the market is looking to hire approximately 50 employees to join the Barons family before opening day later this summer. Positions are expected to include crew members, cashiers, grocery associates, deli associates, and other market support roles.

Founded in San Diego, Barons Market has become known for its neighborhood feel and thoughtfully curated selection of organic, natural, and specialty foods at approachable prices. The Carlsbad location will mark the company’s tenth store, bringing its popular mix of fresh produce, prepared foods, local products, and specialty groceries to the Village community.

As anticipation continues to grow ahead of the store’s summer opening, the upcoming job fair offers a first look at what is to come while giving local residents the opportunity to become part of the Barons Market team.
