Get ready for six Friday nights of live music in the Village! Starting on Friday, May 25th at Choice Juicery, the Carlsbad High School Jazz Ensemble, led by music director Peter Manzi, will bring bebop, boogie-woogie, ballads, and blues to the corner of Carlsbad Village Drive and State Street. Bring a low back chair or a blanket, and grab a spot to take in the tunes. Plan to arrive by 5pm to grab a seat. Music will start shortly thereafter for two sets. Then, on five consecutive Friday nights in June from 6pm to 8pm (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th) live music will be located in front of the Carlsbad Chocolate Bar and in front of Viz Art Ink Gallery. Sponsored by the Carlsbad Village Association, Friday Night Live is meant to kick off your Summer evenings in the Village with song. For more information on the music schedule for June, visit Friday Night Live.
