Flicks at the Fountain Opening Night This Thursday with Opening Night: Zootopia 2

Summer movie nights are back in Carlsbad Village.

Join us this Thursday, July 9, as Flicks at the Fountain returns for another season of free family-friendly movies under the stars. Opening night features Zootopia 2, kicking off five weeks of community movie nights in the Fountain Parking Lot at the corner of State Street and Grand Avenue.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to claim their spot, grab dinner from one of the Village’s many restaurants, and settle in for an evening of family fun. Seating opens at 6:00 PM, and the movie begins at dusk, around 8:00 PM. Be sure to bring low-back chairs, blankets, and everything you need to get comfortable for the show.

Family Fun Before the Movie

The fun begins well before the opening credits roll. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad will be on site with free themed crafts for children, giving families a chance to enjoy a creative activity before the movie begins.

Feeling hungry? Knockout Pizza will once again be taking pizza orders and delivering them directly to your seat, so you won’t have to miss a minute of the fun.
