Get Ready to Sip, Stroll and Savor at Taste of Carlsbad Village on October 8

The countdown to ticket sales is on! Tickets for Taste of Carlsbad Village go on sale Friday, September 4, at 9:00 AM, and with this year’s restaurant and beverage lineup taking shape, we’re getting even more excited for what’s ahead.

On Thursday, October 8, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, ticket holders will make their way through Carlsbad Village for an evening of signature bites, desserts, local beverages, live music, shopping, and plenty of opportunities to discover something new along the way. Tickets will be available here.

So, what does a ticket get you? The Food Only ticket, priced at $55, gives guests the opportunity to sample signature bites from participating restaurants throughout downtown, along with non-alcoholic beverage options. With your passport and reusable stainless-steel spork in hand, you can follow the self-guided route at your own pace, stopping for tastes while enjoying live music and the energy of the Village throughout the evening.

This year’s participating restaurants include 264 Fresco, Barrio, Campfire, CBar, Coyote Bar and Grill, Crispy Cones, Docent Brewing, Froglanders, Fresco Cocina, GelatoLove, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, Jalisco Cantina, Kai Ola, Knockout Pizza, Le Papagayo, Lola’s, Nick's on State, Pure Taco, Señor Grubby’s, Shoots Fish & Beer, Stella Jean’s Ice Cream, Strawberry Shack, Taste of the Himalayas, Viavai Cucina Italiana, Village Kebab Mediterranean Grill and more. 

For guests 21 and over, the Food + Sip Stops ticket, priced at $70, adds beverage tastings to the experience. Sip Stops are located inside participating Village retail businesses, creating a chance to sample a variety of drinks while also stepping inside local shops along the route.

The 2026 beverage lineup includes Auténtico Corajillo, Burtech, Carruth Cellars, CBar, Docent Brewing, Five Feather Bar Co., Lixir, The Finnish Long Drink, Mr. Pibb, Pure Project, Surfside, and more beverage vendors joining in each day! Guests can look forward to a mix of wine, craft beer, cocktails, specialty drinks, and non-alcoholic options throughout the evening.

For those looking for something extra, a limited number of VIP Experience tickets will be available for $120. The VIP Experience includes a Food + Sip Stops ticket along with early same-day passport pickup, an exclusive VIP-only reception, special swag, opportunities to win amazing prizes, and more.

Taste of Carlsbad Village is intentionally limited to 1,000 ticket holders, helping create an enjoyable tasting experience for guests and participating businesses alike. The event has sold out every year, so purchasing early is highly recommended.
