Join Us for the Next Carlsbad Village Clean-Up on May 10

Since the Carlsbad Village Clean-Up program began, volunteers have collected an incredible 3,475.02 pounds of trash from our streets, sidewalks, and public spaces. It’s a testament to the power of community, and with your help, we’re aiming for our next goal: 4,000 pounds.

Our next clean-up takes place on Saturday, May 10th, from 9:30AM to 11:30AM, meeting outside Pure Project Carlsbad (2825 State Street). Supplies, including gloves, grabbers, and repurposed buckets, will be provided while they last. Volunteers are welcome to bring their own tools to help reduce waste.

As a thank you, every participant will receive a free scoop from Handel’s Ice Cream, discounts on coffee from Baba Coffee, and $1 off a pint at Pure Project.

And don’t forget: every clean-up brings you one step closer to winning our year-end Trash Champion Contest. The volunteer or volunteer team who collects the most trash in 2025 will win six months of free trash service from Republic Services, or prizes of equal value. You could be our community’s top trash hero!

This bi-monthly event continues to grow, thanks to passionate neighbors like you. Whether it’s your first clean-up or your fifth, we’d love to see you out there.
