Join Your Neighbors for a Morning of Tidying Our Community & Giving Back

There’s just over a week until our August Carlsbad Community Clean-Up, and we hope you’ll join us for another rewarding morning of giving back to the Village we all love.

On Saturday, August 15, volunteers of all ages are invited to help keep Carlsbad Village clean, welcoming, and beautiful for everyone who lives, works, and visits here. Whether you’ve joined us before or have been thinking about coming out for the first time, we’d love to have you be part of it.

We’ll meet outside Pure Project Carlsbad Village, located at 2825 State Street, at 9:30 AM, with the clean-up running until 11:30 AM. We’ll provide gloves, buckets, pickers, and everything you need. Stay for the full morning or join us for as long as you’re able. Every volunteer makes a difference.

Our Community Clean-Ups have already had an incredible impact this year, with volunteers collecting thousands of pounds of litter while helping preserve the charm and beauty that make Carlsbad Village such a special place. Every event is a reminder of what can be accomplished when our community comes together with a shared purpose.

As a thank you for volunteering, participants who collect at least two pounds of litter will receive $1 off a pint at Pure Project, a free single scoop card from Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, and a complimentary coffee from Baba Coffee on the day of the event.

Community Clean-Ups are about more than picking up litter. They’re an opportunity to meet neighbors, connect with fellow community members, and take pride in caring for the place we all enjoy. It’s always inspiring to see so many people come together to make a visible difference in just a few hours.

This will be our final Community Clean-Up of the 2026 season, so if you’ve been meaning to join us or come back for another morning of giving back, we hope you’ll make plans to be there. Bring a friend, bring your family, or invite a coworker, and help us make this our biggest Community Clean-Up yet.
