Halloween in the Village – October 25, 2025

On Saturday, October 25, Carlsbad Village will host its annual Halloween celebration from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event features business-to-business trick-or-treating, live entertainment, a costume contest, and a sensory-friendly calm zone. The first 200 costumed children will receive complimentary mini Halloween canvas bags.

Carlsbad Village Community Clean-Up– November 8, 2025

Join the community for the Carlsbad Village Community Clean-Up on Saturday, November 8, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM for the last clean up before the New Year. Volunteers will help keep the Village clean, with all supplies provided. Participants are encouraged to bring reusable gloves and water bottles.

Village Voices – November 11, 2025

The Village Voices networking meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. This is the last meeting of the year, and you don't want to miss out! This event provides an opportunity for business owners, managers, and residents to connect, share news, and stay informed about what’s happening in the Village. Enjoy coffee and breakfast bites while engaging with the community.

Small Business Saturday – November 29, 2025

Celebrate Small Business Saturday on Saturday, November 29, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Support local businesses by shopping and dining in Carlsbad Village while enjoying special promotions, live music, and more.

Holiday Events – December 2025 (Stay tuned for details!)

The Village will kick off the holiday season with two festive events. Stay tuned for the first-ever Holiday Extravaganza, featuring seasonal activities and festive decorations. In addition, the annual Holiday Window Decorating Contest will return, giving local businesses a chance to showcase their creativity and spread holiday cheer throughout the Village.
