The Kiwanis Club of Carlsbad and Boy Scouts of America Troop 784 will be at this week’s State Street Farmers Market on Wednesday, October 22, promoting their much-loved Annual Fall Pancake Breakfast.

The breakfast takes place during the Carlsbad Village Street Faire on Sunday, November 2, from 8 AM to 12 PM, and is one of the community’s favorite traditions. It’s a morning filled with stacks of pancakes, community spirit, and support for great local causes.

Breakfast service begins early at 7 AM for the on-duty Carlsbad Police Officers, Firefighters, and event janitors working the Street Faire. This special meal is limited to those in uniform and working the event. At 8 AM, the breakfast opens to the general public for an all-you-can-eat feast, with all proceeds benefiting Boy Scout Troop 784 camping programs and Kiwanis local charities.

This year, Dr. Brent Hurst, Carlsbad Orthodontist, has generously sponsored breakfast for the Police and Fire Departments, while Kiwanis is once again sponsoring breakfast for the janitorial team keeping the event running smoothly.

Community members can stop by the Kiwanis and Troop 784 booth at the south end of the Farmers Market (Carlsbad Village & State) this Wednesday from 2:30 to 7 PM to purchase tickets and learn more. Tickets and donations are also available online at KiwanisCarlsbad.org.

The Kiwanis Club of Carlsbad is a nonprofit organization that donates 100% of its proceeds to community programs. Every pancake served helps make a difference right here in Carlsbad Village.
