Roll Up Your Sleeve and Make a Difference in the Heart of the Village

September is officially here, and there is no better time to reserve your appointment for the Heart of the Village Blood Drive on Saturday, September 26, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

The Carlsbad Village Association is once again partnering with the San Diego Blood Bank for this important community blood drive, taking place in the Barrio Glassworks Parking Lot, 3060 Roosevelt Street. Appointments are still available throughout the day, and we would love to see our Village community come together to help fill them. Book your appointment here! 

Blood donations are essential to maintaining a reliable supply for patients throughout our region. Whether helping someone undergoing surgery, receiving treatment for a serious illness or facing an unexpected emergency, each donor has an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

And September donors have an added reason to roll up their sleeves. Anyone who presents to donate with the San Diego Blood Bank between September 1 and September 30 will receive one ticket to SeaWorld San Diego’s Howl-O-Scream, while supplies last. The nighttime Halloween event runs on select nights from September 11 through October 31 and features haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, rides and more.
