Olde Carlsbad, also known as the Barrio, is all about neighborhood. In fact, in Spanish the word Barrio means "neighborhood." On Saturday April 30th, the streets, corners and homes in this neighborhood, with well over a century of rich, vibrant history, will see community spirit soar for a good cause. The Spring Clean Up "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" is a chance to give back to the Carlsbad community and meet some neighbors in the process at the picnic to follow.
