Village Voices Returns Jan 13: Connecting Community in the New Year

The new year is the perfect time to reconnect and Village Voices on Tuesday, January 13 is the perfect place to bring the Carlsbad Village community together for a morning of conversation, connection, and fresh perspective.

Village Voices is all about bringing people together. Business owners, residents, and neighbors coming together to share ideas and stay informed about what is happening in the Village. The January gathering sets a welcoming tone for the year ahead and is a great space to meet new faces, catch up with familiar ones, and start the year feeling connected.

Join us for networking from 8:00 to 8:40 AM, followed by the program from 8:40 to 9:30 AM. Coffee will be provided by Revolution Roasters, with breakfast bites generously sponsored by First Team Real Estate. We are excited to feature two guest speakers at our January meeting. Jonathan Frankel of Rincon Homes will share insights on upcoming development projects breaking ground in 2026 and Darcy Davidson of the Carlsbad Fire Department will cover fire safety for businesses and residents. We will also get an update from John Smith of the Carlsbad 5000 and race engagement opportunities for 40 businesses to celebrate their 40th anniversary!

Village Voices takes place at the Dea Hurston New Village Arts Center, 2787 State Street, thanks to the generosity of the New Village Arts team and their beautiful, welcoming space.
