For over ten years, Village Voices has served as a gathering point for business owners, managers, and residents to connect, share updates, and learn about what’s happening in Carlsbad Village. On Tuesday, July 8th, join us for a meaningful morning focused on information, insight, and inspiration.

This month’s program will include timely updates on local traffic planning and development activity, as well as a special guest speaker who has played a key role in telling Carlsbad’s story for two decades.
The agenda includes:
• Councilmember Melanie Burkholder – Discussion on roundabouts and traffic circulation plans for the Barrio
• Brendan Foote, Managing Principal, Fabric Investments – Project updates on The Roosevelt and BEACH | BLVD developments
• Tim Wrisley, Publisher/Owner, Carlsbad Magazine – A personal and inspiring look at his 20-year journey and the origins of Carlsbad’s hometown magazine
We’ll also highlight new CVA Members and recently opened businesses in the Village, with time for networking before and after the program.
Village Voices is free and open to all. Complimentary coffee and light breakfast will be provided.

Location: Dea Hurston New Village Arts Center – 2787 State Street
Time: 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM (coffee and networking begin at 8:00; program starts shortly after)
