Come spend this Friday and Saturday with your family and friends in the Village of Carlsbad and take a spin around the first-ever ice rink to grace the Village.  Well, synthetic rink that is!  Thanks to the Move Your Feet Before You Eat Foundation and Kinane Events, this coming weekend promises a lot of laughter, memories and outdoor physical fun. Tickets for ice skating sessions are still available at www.moveyourfeetfoundation.org.  

After skating the afternoon away, visit the Yoga Co-op for their Winter Fancy FUNdraiser or enjoy live music or watch Frozen under the stars at the Carlsbad Village Faire.  A partial list of activities can be found below:

Friday, January 29

3:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Inflatable Bounce Houses at Kids Corner Parking Lot (Grand Ave/State Street)
3:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Live music at Carlsbad Village Faire; Snow Making in Village Faire Courtyard
5:00 pm: Power Brain Family Fun Yoga (located next to the ice rink)
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Winter Fancy FUNdraiser at the Yoga Co-OP.  Includes: Live Music, Live Auction at 9pm, Silent Auction, Appetizers and Dessert, Cash Bar (ID Required). Fee: Adults $10 / Kids $5

Saturday, January 30

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Open Paint Sessions at Clay-A-Go Go will be offering skaters 20% off of all projects.
