The Carlsbad Village Association is delighted to welcome a new group of businesses and residents into our ever-growing community. Each brings fresh energy, creativity, and connection to the Village, and we are so grateful to have them join us. New Members:

Gina McKinna – Graphic Design: Gina McKinna is a freelance graphic designer and brand consultant based in Carlsbad. She specializes in branding, logo design, packaging, and signage, helping businesses bring their visual identities to life with clarity and creativity.

The Boarding Home (opening 2026): Opening soon in the Village, The Boarding Home will offer a welcoming, community-driven space where tabletop game lovers of all ages can gather, connect, and play. Be sure to follow their Instagram account for opening updates.

Kai Ola Sushi: Kai Ola Sushi blends Japanese and Hawaiian influences to serve fresh sushi, poke bowls, and sashimi. With a relaxed, island-inspired atmosphere, it’s a local favorite for high-quality ingredients and flavorful pairings.

The Drydown Boutique: The Drydown is Carlsbad’s only niche fragrance boutique, offering a curated collection of unique scents from around the world. Each fragrance family is thoughtfully organized, making it easy to discover something truly special.

Violet Salon & Boutique: Violet Salon & Boutique provides a warm, modern salon experience, offering precision cuts, balayage, and extensions in a welcoming space that celebrates community and style.

Bach to Rock® Carlsbad: Bach to Rock® Carlsbad is the music school for tomorrow’s songwriters, artists, and pop stars. Students learn by playing the songs they love and performing with peers — making music fun at any age.
