Growing Together: New Members and Renewed Support in Carlsbad Village

Carlsbad Village continues to thrive thanks to the businesses, organizations, and residents who invest their time, creativity, and energy into our community. The Carlsbad Village Association is delighted to welcome several new members and recognize those who have recently renewed their membership. Together, they help keep the Village vibrant, connected, and full of the character that makes this place so special.

Joining the Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) means actively supporting our mission to improve and enhance Carlsbad Village. Membership helps fund programs, community events, and special projects that strengthen the business, cultural, and community vitality of the Village. Members become part of a network of businesses and residents who engage, promote, and advocate for the Village every day.

New Members

Crispy Cones – Crispy Cones brings a fun twist to the classic ice cream treat with freshly made dough cones grilled rotisserie-style, coated in cinnamon sugar, and filled with gourmet soft serve and toppings. The Carlsbad Village location is owned by former NFL wide receiver Tyrell Williams, who introduced the popular European-inspired dessert concept to the community.

Swami’s Cafe Carlsbad Village – Located along Carlsbad Boulevard in the heart of the Village, Swami’s Cafe is a beloved Southern California café known for its fresh breakfast and lunch menu, smoothie bowls, juices, and hearty classics served in a relaxed coastal setting.

Carlsbad Neighbors Magazine – Carlsbad Neighbors Magazine is a community-focused publication that shares positive local stories and connects residents. The magazine highlights neighborhood leaders, families, local businesses, and community events that help strengthen the sense of community throughout Carlsbad.

Chris McDuffie Counseling – Chris McDuffie is a Carlsbad-based licensed clinical social worker who provides counseling for individuals, couples, and families. His practice focuses on supporting clients through anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges while helping them develop practical tools for emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

We are thrilled to welcome these new members into the CVA community and look forward to seeing the many ways they contribute to the spirit and vitality of the Village.
